Step 1: Agreement signed

We start by entering into a formal agreement that regulates the service. This is done digitally via e-signature for a quick and smooth start. The agreement specifies terms, prices, and your rights as a customer.

Step 2: Payment

After signing the agreement, I send an invoice for the service fee according to the option you choose: an automatically renewing annual agreement at 1,000 SEK/month billed annually at 12,000 SEK (ex VAT), or an automatically renewing six-month agreement at 1,500 SEK/month billed every six months at 9,000 SEK (ex VAT). Bolagsverket's fee of 1,000 SEK for the registration is also charged and re-invoiced without VAT.

Step 3: Self-appointment

Once payment is received, I appoint myself as the special service of process agent for your company via verksamt.se. This is the official platform for company registrations in Sweden.

You'll be notified by email when registered

Once the registration is complete and approved by the authorities:

    Authorities can contact me for service of process

    The authorities automatically get access to my personal information and address.

    I monitor incoming mail

    I normally check the mail every day

  3. 3

    You receive immediate notification via email

    I send all service of process to the specified email address

  4. 4

    The document is scanned and sent to you digitally

    The document can be sent to you by mail.

  5. 5

    The original is sent or shredded after 30 days

    The original can be sent cash on delivery or destroyed within 30 days.
