The price covers normal mail handling. A customised price may be required for larger volumes of mail.
If the customer requests assistance with registration, Bolagsverket's fee of SEK 1,000 may apply. It is re-invoiced without VAT.

What is included in the price?
All service of documents during the contract period and personal contact with Tomas KG Friman. At startup, Bolagsverket's fee of SEK 1,000 for the registration applies. It is invoiced without VAT on the same invoice as the first contract period.
Which contract options are available?
An automatically renewing annual agreement at SEK 1,000/month billed annually at SEK 12,000 excluding VAT, or an automatically renewing six-month agreement at SEK 1,500/month billed every six months at SEK 9,000 excluding VAT.
How long does the agreement run?
The annual agreement has a 12-month contract period and the six-month agreement a 6-month contract period. It renews automatically for a further period of the same length unless terminated in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
How many notices are included?
Every notice received during the contract period is included — no extra charge regardless of volume.
How do I pay?
By invoice in advance for each contract period.
